COMMON QUESTIONS

ABOUT CPC

HAVE A QUESTION?

Clarity is something I strive for in all I do. So here are some of the most common questions I receive:

Do You Accept Insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance for the services I provide. Any change to this policy will be reflected on this website. Your insurance carrier may offer some reimbursement for individual and family therapy, and psychological testing. I will work with individual families/parents to identify what benefits are available for reimbursement as well as providing documentation that you may submit to your insurance company to help minimize out-of-pocket expenses.

Payment for services are due at the time service is provided. I accept cash, check, and credit card. As a client, you will have the capability to set up on-line and automatic billing and be provided with monthly statements for your records.

How Do I Pay For My Services?

Payment for services are due at the time service is provided. I accept cash, check, and credit card. As a client, you will have the capability to set up on-line and automatic billing and be provided with monthly statements for your records.

Do You Offer Sliding Scale or Reduced Fees for Your Services?

I offer sliding scale fees for families or individuals who may be experiencing financial hardship but wish to access my services. Please contact me to discuss if you or your family may qualify for a fee reduction and current availability of sliding scale appointment times.

I offer short term, pro-bono services to families that have a child who has recently received mental health services in an acute level of care and/or residential treatment facility. These services are beneficial to families that may need support with a youth returning to their home or family crisis planning until community based or in-home therapeutic services become available. Referrals and inquiries can be made by a current treating clinician, psychiatrist, or case manager, from a child or adolescent residential/acute level of care facility. Please contact me directly to discuss availability.

What is Your Policy for Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments?

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment time, please reach out to me to reschedule. You will be expected to pay for the service if you do not reschedule or cancel prior to 24 hours before the start of that service.

I’d like to learn more about your services and approach to therapy; do you offer a phone consultation to discuss if your services are right for my child/family?

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to anyone interested in learning more about the services that I offer. Please complete the contact form on this site and indicate that you would like to set up a time to discuss your specific needs and questions.

Hone their unique skillset to continue their journey with courage, healthy growth, and enthusiasm
